Let's meet up and discuss your wedding day. We'll show you our collection images and examples of wedding albums as well as various packages. This is a time for you to get to know us and visa versa. You will also receive an information pack with all the terms and conditions of our services, so you can relax and enjoy your day knowing that everything has been thoroughly organised with no hidden surprises.
Two weeks prior to the wedding date we met and work through your timeline, finalising where you would like to capture those magical moments. All this forward planning helps the day run smoothly, meaning you can relax and let us do all the hard the work.
On the day:

Bride
Bridal preparations are emotional, fun and sometimes chaotic. By capturing the detail, we paint a photographic record of the mounting excitement and anticipation before the wedding. Hair, make-up, flowers, last minute phone calls...it is all important. Such intimate emotional moments with your family and closest friends will become your timeless images to remember forever.
On the day the groom misses out on all this, however through these meticulously taken photographs he can see the story unfold till you meet at the altar to say “I do”.
Groom
Arriving at the ceremony location, ahead of the bride, enables us to focus the camera lens on the Groom and to portray the emotion felt as he waits for his bride to be. As the Groom, best man and family mingle, we discreetly capture the mood while the guests begin to arrive. Often we will also visit the groom's house in the morning capturing his male bonding time to tell his story too.
Ceremony
The ceremony seems to go by so quickly........Timeless Images is experienced in wedding photography and understands the importance of capturing the full tapestry of events, emotions and interactions. The intensity of exchanging vows, the expression on the faces of friends and family, the grandeur of the setting, it is all perfectly photographed for you to remember.
Families & Congratulation Time

Bridal Party
The session with the Bridal Party is specifically set up to capture your intimate magical moments of your special day with the Bridal Party. We will tailor the shoot around your desires and wishes to make sure we take the photos you want. We will agree on timings and locations beforehand to optimise time on the day.
Our expertise and professionalism, creativity and technique will team together to provide you with romantic images in your chosen setting. Photography should take no longer than one hour leaving you plenty of time to join the celebrating guests.
Reception
A record of the reception with all those special guests and Bridal Party will add the finishing touches to your Wedding Album. Preserving those wonderful memories forever is a valued part of the service provided by Timeless Images. We capture it in its pure essence …... the decorations and detail of the reception setting, the emotion felt during the speeches, the happiness when toasting and the feeling of accomplishment when cutting the cake....the icing to complete your personal unique special wedding day.
After the wedding:
We will need just 2 weeks to carefully process your beautiful photographs taking time to ensure every image is carefully presented. We then arrange a meeting at your convenience and review your photographs . For the first time you can truly relive your special day through your timeless images. A proof book is yours to keep and we also offer you a DVD of the photographs presented to you.
Optional – within 3 days of your wedding 2-3 images will be posted on Timesless Images Facebook page for you, your friends and family to see immediately. All images are copyright stamped.
Your Queensberry Album:
With your proof book and images now in hand you can carefully select the images for your album. Timeless Images will then create and customise your unique and personal album based on your chosen favourite photos. We will present you with our first draft and review together to make sure you are 100% happy with your album.

Customising your album. There are endless options for album design. We will help guide you through this. You may choose a digital layout (sometimes referred to as magazine style), the traditional matted album, or a combination of both. You can also choose from a wide range of cover options, and different sizes, and of course replicate small versions of your album for your parents. These are very popular!
