As a family portrait photographer, we recognise the value of digital files in today's media world. We love seeing our photographs on Facebook and sharing memories with others.
Interested in digital files? The answer is yes!
At Timeless Images, our aim is to preserve memories for decades to come, by providing beautiful artwork of the highest quality. In order to do this, we take particular care to retouch and perfect the images which you choose.
For this reason, we don't supply mass downloads of all the shots which we take. However, we do understand that you'll want to share these moments and memories with family and friends, both online and with additional prints.
Digital files are available with all purchased portraits.
These are re-sized to print photographs either 5x7 or 7x10 inches in size. The best thing about digital files is you can then make as many replicas as you like at the size you order. They’re great for printing gifts and of course Facebook.
Larger file sizes:
You can purchase files larger than 7x10inch (300dpi) for an additional fee of only 50% of the print cost.
This is how it works;
You purchase a print (for example 11x16 inch) for $765
You can buy the 11x16 inch digital copy for an additional $382.50
You can use this to make as many further 11x16 inch prints as you like.
Please note that the file is restricted to the size of the photo you ordered - if you try to increase the size of the print, you will lose the quality and integrity of the image.
This is a great and really popular option and we love it when our clients share their memories on Facebook, as well as displaying art with pride in their homes.
We do need to express a warning so you’re not disappointed by other prints which you make from these files... when you go to another supplier, the photographs you receive are unlikely to match Timeless Images' quality standards.
We use a full colour palette, high archival quality inks and paper. Most suppliers print in a colour format called sRGB with limited colours and have a lower grade colour control. Often the cheaper inks and papers have inferior colour fastness which means the colours and details will not be as clear and will fade easily. So for your primary prints which are really important to you, leave the printing to us!
